Have to tried consulting with a doctor who specializes in brazillian butt lift or fat transfer? Not everyone who does fat transfers if qualified, the fat that is harvested has to be done through a special process to preserve the cells. There are quite a few doctors who specialize in this procedure and if you look at the before photos many women have very flat butts with creases naturally. Try looking asking the ladies on the butt enhancement message boards.

Kalf, I am so sorry to hear about your experience. I can totally relate. I had liposuction a year ago and have extensive issues with my inner and outer thighs as a result. My left butt cheek also has a double crease just like yours and I have dents and lumps from over aggressive liposuction. I was always a thin girl and didn't even really need lipo on my legs. I have gone to see Sydney Coleman to correct this but I'm really nervous about choosing the right doctor. I need to gain about 15 - 20 lbs to even have enough fat and I'm doubtful I can.....so my fat is precious. Need to choose the right doctor to do this. How were your results?

I also had a similar bad experience. I will be posting my story soon.

I'm looking for a good fat transfer doctor who can correct the lipo botches. It's been so sad for me as I've lost many friends because they don't understand this emotional nightmare. They tend to think I'm becoming a plastic surgery addict which is not the case. I just want to be made whole again.

Anyway, if anyone knows of a good doctor who can fix bad lipo, please PM me or message me via email.

Thanks!!

I just had liposuction and I am so miserable. I think the doctor took way too much out the back and side of my hip and it may be skin on muscle, I feel where the muscle is hard. He assured me it wasn't true and showed me someone who weighed 125lb that he did the procedure on but I really believe he was over aggressive with me. My stomach and thighs are numbish but okay, he was very aggressive with the inner thighs. But the hip and back of hip are completely numb and hard and burning painful achey. I cannot sleep because I have no cushioning. I think he did way too many procedures on me when I just needed a little tweaking here and there. These doctors just want money, the more procedures you do the more they get paid. I am very sad and concerned. I'm reading that if it is skin on muscle fat graft is much harder. I hope it's not true. He said he doesn't want me to go there focusing on negativity but I need to voice my concern that something wrong has been done and find out as soon as possible what I can do to heal as well as possible. I told him my hip area is numb and painful and the other areas are not as bad which is why I suspect he was overly aggressive there and he said that yes that's because that is the normal procedure to remove a lot of fat from that area. I don't see how this is true since the hip would seem to have less fat than most area. I wont see him for another two months.

Hello ladies and thank you all for your posts.

Thanks Kalf for gathering us here. I'm happy for you that your revision went well.

I am adding myself to the club of a poorly done banana roll lipo. I did the surgery almost 3 years ago. The difference is that I did have a huge collection of fat under my butt extending all the way to mid posterior thigh. Exercise and dieting did not help. I tried some non-invasive fat dissolving methods including injections and ultrasound machine with very little success. Then I decided to go for lipo.

I believe I was a good candidate, but the surgeon who did my lipo got me from "too much fat" to "no fat at all". I have droopy butt and it looks funny when I wear pants.

So ladies, you're not alone. There's a reasonable number of ladies with the same problem. I feel for you all, and yes it sucks to have a bad lipo result and when your butt drops and you can't do anything about it.

I agree with Samsara about how friends and family feel about this and they make you think or feel that you're a surgery addict which is not true. Only a couple of friends know about this and my sister. Plastic surgery addicts are those who don't leave a part of their body not operated on. I'm not too excited to do revision but I can't stand how I look.

What I would like to ask the ladies is did they talk about this to their significant one? I find it very difficult to do so and I'd rather not to tell my bf. It feels awkward trying to hide my body from him and not let him feel the areas of depression under my butt. Even if I get a revision, he will always be aware that I have a part of my body that is defective. This will affect my confidence and self-esteem.

Thank you all for being here and for the support you provide.

I posted on this site a year or two ago about my bad lipo results. I have since undergone corrective surgery with Dr. Steven Svehlak and even though I'm only a week into the healing process I am very happy. Ino longer have the huge crease below my gluteal fold. Pm me if you want to know more.

Hello
first, i am french and self taught english, so i apologise in advance for the eventual mistakes.

I think i have the same build as you Crookdelgs, so fat transfer, after a bad lipo that left me with dips in the outer and back of each thighs, is just unthinkable.

I was wondering if a method that consisting of "tailoring" specific implants in order do smooth out those depressions (or any others) , existed ?

Count me in this messed up crew too. Over zealous gluteal fold lipo, resulting in double crease. 'shaped' buttocks too which look gross from side view. I've taken up body building and squats have helped some. I am overeating to accrue fat for harvesting now so if anyone can pm me some before and after pics of successful correction I would be soooooo grateful.
Good luck ladies and try some squats, the heavier the weight the more visible the result.

Hello everyone, I have been reading all your posts and my heart goes out to you. I am very sad for all of us because we all share such bad outcomes of what was supposed to be a life changing-for the better-surgery.

Five weeks ago I went to have fat transfer to my face. I finally stopped wearing my compression garment a couple of days ago and I noticed that my butt hangs and touches the back of my thighs. There are also huge dents/hollows on the side of my thighs. My right glute and thigh are the worst. He took so much fat from that side that I can actually see my glute muscle when I lift the skin. I think he took fat from my butt too because it's now flat and saggy. I don't know why he

I haven't even told the surgeon yet. I have an appointment next week and I don't even know how I'm going to approach the situation. I am a very passive person and I'm afraid to say anything that might cause him to get angry. I am so sad and depressed. I haven't slept at all since I saw this. I have no idea how this is going to be fixed. The sad thing is that the fat he transferred to my face didn't take. My face looks the same.

For those of you who have been able to get your body fixed, I am VERY happy for you. I guess I will now start my journey to try and fix this. How do I start? Please help me!
