okay, when did you get to start doing the dreaded crunches? I am still to sore to even try, but curious when you started? I have an appt. on Wednesday, but thought somone could give me an idea before I get to talk to my PS about it.

I was bad last night at the gym - I will be at my six week mark on Thursday (6 days away), and I took a Body Works class last night after I worked my arms. That was the first time I worked out my legs and I stayed to do abs for the first time also. I'm not supposed to do that until 6 weeks, but I figured I am pretty close.
Well - I didn't REALLY work my abs too much - didn't do everything that everyone else was doing, I was nervous. Today my abs are not sore, but EVERYTHING else is VERY sore!!
I go in to see my PS on Monday for my one month PO visit (I was supposed to do it earlier, but I had to cancel due to sickness). I'm not sure if I will tell him that I did that.
If you didn't have your midsection worked on, then you probably can do crunches at the 2 - 3 week mark, but if you did have that lipo'd, then from what I've read here, most doctors say no until 6 weeks.
