Eraze / Rejuvi Tattoo Removal

Postby Kellie24 » Fri Sep 21, 2007 9:40 am

Has anyone had any experiences of the eraze / rejuvi procedure. It is a procedure that involves tattooing over a tattoo with a cream that is supposed to erase the tattoo. I had the procedure done a year ago and have been horribly scarred. I contacted eraze and they said that they had never had another complaint. My scars are very red and lumpy and raised high out of my skin. I have been told by a dermatologist that these scars will be permanent. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I think the company lied to you based on these posts from the old MMH boards:

http://www.makemeheal.com/forum/viewThr ... read=33156

Seems a lot of ppl were having scarring from it. Maybe you could contact some of those old posters and see what became of their treatments, if their profiles are still available from the old posts.

Sorry for your problems.

Rejuvi tattoo remival//// E raze

Postby celeb » Mon Dec 31, 2007 5:29 pm

Rejuvi tattoo removal is a very dangerous product it is inconsistent and has a default. The company has lied to the entire world that this product is safe no scarring and has been in use for 20 years in America this is a load of balony. It has only been in use for 5 years they are using us as guinnie pigs. I have been left horribly scarred red lumpy raised burnt itchy painful scarr... They value profits over the safety of people... When you complain they say oh no we have not had any problems. But alot of lazer companies are having a huge amount of people going to them once left scarred.

Rejuvi/ Eraze tattoo removal - Australia

Postby mayplesyrup » Mon Sep 14, 2009 7:41 pm

Hi Annie 78art, I noticed your complaint about being left with a red raised scar and you stated that you were seriously thinking of suing the company. I do hope that you do. I am from Australia and I am about to issue legal proceedings against the manufactuer and I was hoping that you could give me a statement of what happened to you, and where you had this procedure done that would be great, to use as evidence to fight against this company and put them out of business.
My email address is mack1@adam.com.au thank you.

Tat B Gone

Postby jim.harned » Mon Oct 19, 2009 9:20 am

Sorry to hear about such negative results from using Rejuvi. After researching different tattoo removal methods I found one company called Tat B Gone. I talked with some people who used it and they assured me there would be NO scarring and that it was gentle on the skin. This is true, I'm in the 8th month of treatment and so far that tattoo has really faded and the only effect on my skin has been a lightening up of my pigment in the area that I apply the creams. This is normal I was told and my skin will return to its normal hue once I finish treatment in two months. Hope this helps some people.

I know this post is old. And I am the one who posted on the OLD board [elizabeth77] many years ago. I wanted to update and say I have terrible painful scars from this procedure. It turned out to NOT be worth it. Save your money or finance laser tattoo removal. I'm finally getting a consultation for laser tattoo removal and I hope there is something they can do about the scarring, too.

Please, if you are considering this treatment stay well away. I have been living with a red raised scar the size of my palm for 7 years and no one can help me. ignore the sales pitch and lies they will tell you, the aftercare is also disgusting.

I have been horribly scarred by this procedure that claims to have 'minimal risk of scarring' I had the procedure done 6 months ago and the scarring is just getting worse, even though i apply anti scarring creams and oils everyday. Stay well away!!! this method is not as tried and tested as they claim... I am seriously considering suing..

I started eraze tattoo removal 7 years ago on a band around my arm. It was done in 3 stages, the first section is the worst scar, the 2nd is horrible and the final bit not great. It was so red & raised the scar could be seen under clothing Even now it sometimes burns & itches, its hideous, I am left with a massive scar & because I had to stop because of the pain, most of the outside of the tattoo remains. Now I dont know what to do with it - Im hating how it looks & feels, I have said many times I feel like suing the company - I feel very misled & let down. Im glad I found this site & that its not just me or something I did wrong. I applied the cream. I even tried Bio-oil for years in the useless hope it might help!! Ironically I had this done at the tattooist who did the tattoo. The girl who I saw altered how heavy handed she was with the process & I do think by the 3rd section the lighter she was the less the scarring. But at the end of the day it still scarred.

hi i wish id researched the rejuvi eraze before hand, its awful! i had 1 treatment and have been scarred badly, i was told it would leave no scarring but its awful, 1 treatment has left lumpy raised red scars and bigger then the actual tattoo, i experianced the itching but that has now gone its been 7wks, the scars are visible and affect me so much and have affected my self esteem, please avoid this and stick to laser as ive had this done and found though its a slower process it works with no scarring and its worth it in the long run :D
