Clarification of Maintenance

Postby JulieUK » Wed Feb 03, 2010 9:15 am

Hi, just completed 19 weeks with excellent results. Need some advice on maintenance. I have been told to use step 1, 2 and then 6 (which in my case includes Sun Fader and screen) every day???? Reading this forum it suggests continuing usage of prescription steps but only 3-4 times per week?? Which shall I do? Also told to use moisturizer with Retinol in (no suggested brands given). Really don't want to undo fab results so any help appreciated. :?

Quit the hydroquinone after 12 weeks, the rest you can use indefinitely as your skin tolerates. The most important parts of the remainder are the retinoid and the sunscreen. Your derm can give your more detailed information.
