Nu Derm Application Question

Postby cannoli33 » Mon Sep 28, 2009 4:59 pm

I tend not to have time in the morning before work to apply the AM regimen. Do you think its ok to apply it when I get home around 2pm and then apply the PM when I go to bed? Or does the AM have to be applied first thing in the morning?

thanks.

It's active on the skin for about 4-6 hours, so i'd try to at least have that gap until PM application. I'm going to say (although I have no proof of this), that the timing in-between is best at 12 hrs though; maximum exposure to the regime... can you get up 10 mins earlier?! Put a sticky note on your alarm clock... "Beautiful, clear, young skin is calling you.." hehe.
