Do not do Ulthera skin lifting! I had it done 10 months ago and look terrible. The doctor turned the machine on high power for me because she said she would get better results. My face was really swollen for 3 days. I was fine until about 6 months along I noticed my neck and chin sagging. My chin is all dimpled. My eye bags are lower and worse. I have thick, baggy skin on my neck now. It is hard to look in the mirror because this is not natural aging. I believe that my fat deposits in my skin were melted and then adhered to the layer beneath. This is what happens when you get a bad Thermage. Too much heat, is too much heat. This is affecting me psychologically. I am struggling to come to grips because I don't know what is going to show up down the road as this runs it's course. The doctor who did it will not talk to me. That makes me suspicious and scared. I don't want to scare anyone out there that has already had this. You may have had an experienced person doing it that cared about you. But if you are considering this, do not do it!!!! If there is anyone out there that could help me understand if what I am now seeing is the worst, or if the worst is yet to come, that would help me psychologically.

So sorry Really bummed re Ulthera. I actually have been looking into this. Obviously she turned it on too high or did something wrong, but this is the first I have heard of it actually RUINING things -- usually the worst with this one is that there are simply NO results for all that money. I would still do it if it cost less because I am DESPERATE to make my eyebrows and eyes look more awake, and I don't know any other way == does anyone on here have any suggestions for lifting?
