Can i use aloe as a beard moisturizer or to fight acne and acne scars although i have big beard??f yes how often can i use it?

Aloe vera alone decreases redness and inflammation. It won't "fight acne and acne scars".

You need to use something that kills acne bacteria. Also, check for ingrowing hairs - these can lead to palpules.
