For those outside of the UK, Matt Dawson is an ex England Rugby International player now on TV on things like the Question of Sport and was on Strictly Come Dancing.

Having watched Matt on A Question of Sport for some time and after seeing him on the fish advert the change to his ears was instantly noticable, it totally transforms the way he looks. Nice job, looks good.

Is it instantly noticeable to people who have had otoplasty? I seem to be tuned in to people’s ears more than ever nowadays!

Anyone have the same ‘ear sixth sense’?

I don't know abount an ear sixth sense but I'm due to have otoplasty on my ears and the first thing I look at is a persons ears. I think it's a subconcious thing, making comparisons with your own perhaps!
