Hello Dr.Nassif. I think it's great that we get to ask you questions here and you take time from your busy schedule to help us. I was wondering if surgeons are required by law to give all their patients a post-op report so that they can know what exactly was done etc.? Or do we as patients have to ask for it? Also my surgeon did not do any pre-op lab tests on me on my nose etc. Is it really essential? Thanks very much!
Thank you for your kind words. Every doctor has their own protocol with labs. I personally always get a medical clearance and labs. Regarding reports, it is not required by law, but if you would like a copy one may usually be provided. Thank you for your inquiry.
