Polling on facelift procedures - patient satisfaction

Postby rouge » Thu Dec 13, 2007 12:07 pm

Hello to all. As you know there are many ways to lift a face! I hope those of you who have already had a facelift will contribute to the poll to see which procedure comes out tops. All you have to do is answer the following questions:

1. which procedure did you have and why?
2. were there any complications?
3. how long did it take you to recover (mention if you smoke, drink or have a health problem that might have affected your ability to heal)?
4. What measures did you take to expedite your recovery?
5. were you disappointed, pleased or extremely happy with the result?
6. and finally .... would you do it again?

Let's see which procedure tops the polls!

Hi, I had my upper eyes done about three years ago and I am with the results! I not only look better but I can see much better as well!

Best of all, MY INSURANCE PAID FOR IT!! I had gone to see a plastic surgeon and he kindly told me they probably would - they did!

The insurance co. would not pay for a ps but they let me choose the ophthalogist ( I chose a pediatric specialist as I thought he would be more careful and he was!).

The eye doc did give me some simple eye test to check my periphral vision and I did not do well (preop). After surgery, I am sure I would have passed with flying colors!

If you bagged eyelids bug you, don't miss this chance to have your eyes done and paid for my the insurance you are already paying! :D
