I took arnica and bromelain, and vicodin and antibiotics. I had no problems with any interactions. The arnica and bromelain helped tremendously, and I'm still taking them as I continue the healing process.

the girl at my PS office told me to take the Arnica 3 days prior to rhinoplasty and continue to take it afterwards. I had little to no bruising after the 4th day. I also had lipo and there was very minimal bruising.

Karge - check with your PS for all meds.

My PS told me not to use arnica or bromelain because it may increase bleeding. A lot of people on here have used it with no problem, but just check to be safe!

ally, my PS said the same thing. He also said that sometimes the supplements are strong and cause diarhia (sp?) so it would be best to stick to pineapple juice and pinapple products to get bromelain naturally.

I think it's best to follow the instructions from your PS because it's a LOT safer that way, you know?
