Fake nose---swelling or bad rhinoplasty[pics]

Fake nose---swelling or bad rhinoplasty[pics]

Hello Ladies/Gentleman,

I have not been on here in a long time! Last week 3/28 I finally went through with it and got a rhinoplasty. I specifically asked my surgeon to make my base of my nose a little bit smaller but focus on the middle part to make it smaller. Today my cast was removed and in the car I broke down crying. My nostrils look too small in comparison to the nose/face itself. Also, between my eyes you can kind of see my implant and it is very puffy. I called the Dr. office and they just reinsured that it is swelling.. :( I'm trying to see if it is really just swelling or should I really consider a revision rhinoplasty. These pictures seem not to show how fake and bad my nose looks. It looks very small compared to my eyes and cheeks.

I think it was much too early to tell in these pics (swelling). How are things looking now?
