I am getting my surgery January 25th and I'd like to post my experience for those who are considering him. I've been researching him for a long time, since I was about 15 (24 now). I can't believe it's finally coming. I had to quit smoking so that's been a battle its self. I am sooo nervous, yet excited.. I've waited so long for this moment. I have gotten some facial vitalize peels done by Michelle at their office. My experience at their office has been great so far. :]

Good luck with your upcoming surgery! Naficy does seem great. I only wish I'd gone to him for my primary. I really like his results. Please do let us know how it goes!

Alright, that's what I was thinking about doing was emailing those who want the results. They can just send me their email.

On Friday I went in for my Pre op. I was extremely nervous and scared yet excited. Naficy seems like a great guy. I didn't talk too much with him.. probably because I was so nervous but we agree on what needs to be done. I hope I gave him enough information. I just want everything to turn out okay.. but I know I am in good hands. His reviews (no negative reviews I have found anywhere about his surgeries he has performed), before and afters plus more photos I saw in person were great. I met Dr. Portuese years ago (He is cheaper) I didn't really like his personality.. he kinda rubbed me the wrong way, and the setting wasn't too pleasing. (Downtown Seattle) and I didn't really like the office much. I didn't feel that comfortable... I felt like there wasn't much privacy as I feel at Naficys. I love everything about the office in Bellevue, and ladies there are great. It's super nice, and comfy. He's supposed to be the best in the north west.. But I am still scared!! I've never had any surgeries before, stitches, or anything.. except I think my nose got fractured 7 years ago.. which they know about. Just want to say so far so good. I'm already having insomnia though.. :[

So Surgery went great. I was sooooo nervous.. then all sudden I was calm.. then I was completely out and unaware. Then I woke up and was like "It's already done??" I feel great right now.. well better than I thought I would, just trying to take it easy. My throat hurts and my nose kinda hurts a little but mild.. throat worse than nose cause of the tube. Hot pot pie really helped it and now I am drinking sugar free hot chocolate.. and some yogurt.. plus lots of water.

Naficy is nice.. everyone made me feel comfortable. I hope it all turns out well so far so good.. obviously too early to tell. I guess Naficy had a Surgery right after mine.. I guess mine took about an hour and a half.. Didn't need to take skin from my ear or rib.

I took 3 before pics the night before of my worst views.

So glad your surgery went well! I'm always impressed that people are able to come on here right away after surgery because that's not how it was for me at all lol. Hopefully your recovery will go as smoothly as your surgery

My whole face is basically swollen on day three.. not so much color wise ..just puffy near my nose and cheeks, I have not been sleeping well.. and my nose stings.. Just took some pain meds hope it all goes now shortly. I still have to wear my gauze because it's still kinda bleeding.. not to bad its mixed with snot or something. My stitches annoy me.. they are the only thing that really stings. I've been taking care of it like crazy. Just want to get a good night sleep.... its rather an annoying pain.. I can already see the difference in my nose cant wait till later on. :]

Well I got the splint off yesterday and now I have to tape my nose whenever I can for 3 weeks (When I am not at work and when I go to bed.) I'm liking the results so far I know it's only been a week and a day but I want the tip to drop just an itty bit more.. other than that I like it a lot.. compared to that big honker I once had. I wonder how it will look in 3 months email me for before and after pics if interested amairela@gmail.com (The after pics I currently have have tape on it but you can basically see what I got) I'll try to get another without tape.
