Rhinoplasty/Thick skin

Rhinoplasty/Thick skin

Postby meowchan » Wed Jun 28, 2017 8:50 pm

Hi everyone, I'm new here. I've been wanting to go for rhinoplasty for many years now, but I have thick and oily skin. I'm so afraid of the recovery process. I've read a lot on how the skin thickness affects the outcome and how it lengthens the recovery period.

It makes me not dare to do it, am I destined to have an ugly nose?! :(

Please share your experience. Thank you! :)

Not so sure thick skin makes the recovery process much longer. It's more of a thing where thick skin does not 'shrink wrap' as tight around the newly sculpted nose as does thin skin. A rhino can make the oil glands over active for a while though.
