Your nose looks so good and it will keep getting better! Very exciting for you:) I was wondering with the rim grafts, I will need them too in my next revision, did they help get rid of that pinched look you had before your revision between your tip and nostrils? That's sort of what I have now where you can see deep dents in between my tip and nostrils and I am hoping that the rim grafts will get rid of this.
Yes I think it did help a little... It feels more thick in that area.. I dont have the deep dents like you said .. I used to have them too.

Also how long from your primary did you do your revision? What kind of grafts where used?
Sorry for my questions.. But I have the same problem as yours before and I live in Saudi Arabia and planning to do my revision in the US however,confused which doctor to go to and which graft to use.
Guyuron was the doctor. I waited about 2 years. I had enough septal cartilage to use for grafting... hope this helps!
