Acne Scar

Postby billubakra » Wed Dec 19, 2012 3:24 am

Hi

I am 22 years old.I have lots of pimples on my whole face. This year in february i had pimple on my nose it was just not going away so i pressed it hard,it went away but left a deep scar, like a deep hole on my nose.I thought with time it may fill but it didnt. So i went to two dermatologists both of them suggested the Ultra Pulse CO2 Laser Therapy, the first one said it will require only 1 sitting and it will completely vanish. The second one said that i require atleast 2 sittings and then according to the healing they will decide how much more sittings are required and he said the condition will only improve and the scar will not go away completely as there is bone after that of the nose.

These two doctors are the top dermatologists of my city. The price both of them asking for 1 sitting is more or less the same. What should i do?

Thanx

Have you tried any good scar treatment ? I used IS for my facial scars and it really did help me get rid of them.I couldn't afford any surgeries so i opt for non surgical methods only. You can also try contacting the owner of this product. He's a great Plastic Surgeon of US. He may guide you.Oh and by the way it's invicible scars. IS is the nickname!!

Invicible scars is good but you need to take care of your diet as well. External treatment is not always effective. Backup of internal treatment is necessary.

Dermaflage is a cosmetic option, but it doesn't actually heal or reduce the scar itself. It's just very good at concealing the scar.
If you're interested, you can find Dermaflage here.

If you're looking for gentle, non-invasive scar healing, you might want to give one of these a try:

ImageScarEsthetiqueHealing&ReductionCream
Scar Esthetique helps reduce the appearance, size, height, thickness, and color of scars for all skin types and color. Scar Esthetique works well on both new and old scars regardless of the age of the scar, and can be used on all types of scars. It contains more ingredients that promote scar healing and scar reduction than any other scar cream on the market.

ImageKelo-coteScarHealing&ReductionGel
The only silicone scar cream/gel product on the market with a patented self-drying mechanism, Kelo-cote Scar Healing Gel is a lightweight scar reduction ointment that helps flatten, soften, smooth, and reduce new and old scars of all types. With Kelocote, the scar and surface of the skin surrounding the scar become smoothed, soothed and enhanced.

I would see a dermatologist. One of my friends had really bad scarring from acne and got some treatment from a dermatologist. I can't remember what it was called but it helped her. GL! I really need to go to one too to get help with scarring.
