I was checking out what scar art was exactly. Interesting and fun item, yes...but are you planning on using them to actually cover some scars you may have? Have you tried using scar creams or sheets yet to help out?
I saw that the they last only 3 days which seems like maybe you could use it for a fun pool event, but I think I would prefer to try and work on the scar than just cover it up.
There are some great scar reduction creams out there and when used with silicone sheeting can greatly reduce the appearance of old or new scars. I'm going to take a wild guess that if you do have scarring it was from a TT since that what I see scar art is designed for. Have you seen the silicone sheeting that can wrap entirely around a TT incision?
TheOleevaTummy Tuck Scar Reduction Silicone Sheet Designed with smooth arcs that follow the contours of the body, this Oleeva scar sheet is the first and only product on the market that is specifically designed for tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) scars. The Oleeva version is an inexpensive approach for making your scar softer and smoother, neutralizing the scar color, and for flattening raised scars. You can check it out here: http://bit.ly/bW601v
There is another brand we like to recommend as well: Scar FX. Scar FX sheeting lasts 3 months compared to other brands out there that typically last about 3 weeks! The have a ton of different shapes, but this one in particular can be used for TT scars. You can view it here: http://bit.ly/c15W0n
So I'm curious, did you try it out already? Or have you tried to used some of the scar reduction creams? Lemme know! I love to hear how things work out for other people!

I havent tried ScarArt but for years I used a temporary tattoo from PartyCity that cost like $1.50. It was an armband tattoo, brand: Majestic Ink, it was a tribal and covered my entire tummy tuck scar. It looked so real, that ppl were always asking how long the tattoo took and how much pain did I experience LOL!
Unfortunately partycity doesnt carry them anymore but you can get it online. For the price of this armband tattoo You can get 30 tattoos instead of 1 from scar art..Scar Art is pricey!!
If you want to see a pic of how it looks on my scar I can email you. Hope this helps!
