Any feedback on Dr. Siamak Agha?

Any feedback on Dr. Siamak Agha?

Postby OCAlison » Thu Oct 16, 2008 1:28 pm

Hi all,

I'm planning a lot of post-massive-weight-loss procedures (lower body lift, upper body lift, thigh lift etc.).

Has anyone had any experience with Dr. Agha? He has been practicing in Pittsburgh, PA and is associated with Dr. Hurwitz. He is also setting up a new office in Orange County where I would have surgery. He gave me a few patient referrals but if anyone has any experience with him I would very much appreciate hearing about it.

thanks, Alison

Dr. Agha in Orange County

Postby liz73 » Thu Jan 22, 2009 6:16 pm

Hi Alison,

I am also considering Dr. Agha for a lower body lift. I went on 7 (yes 7!) consults and Dr. A seems by far the most knowledgeable. His pictures were beautiful compared to other lower body lift pics from other doctors. But, I'd love to hear from real patients of his. He seems to do lots of revisions after his surgery but I guess body lifts are much harder than the standard ol' tummy tuck. Hopefully someone out there has had a procedure from Dr. Agha & will reply.

When are you planning on your surgery?

Just so people can see this on a search engine, since i know this post is old.
In November of 2010 I had a neck/nasolabial fold lift from Dr Agah. I am so unhappy with my results that it makes me feel sick when I think about it, or see my results in the mirror. It looks as if I've not had any work done at all, though he claims there was "improvement" so he is not responsible for how it turned out. I was 29 at the time. I had gone in to have lose/sagging skin taken care of, due to a 100lb weight loss. I have no problem posting before and after pics, since they speak for themselves. Not only were the results not even close to reasonable, but I now also have nerve damage on the right side of my jaw, and ear. I really still can't believe how badly this turned out, and what a waste of money.

Feel free to see for yourself. There is still a double chin, there is sagging, wrinkled skin, and more that does not show as well in the photos as it does in person. I'm sickeningly disappointed.
