It's been 1 1/2 years since my bad f/l. I am a 62 y/o w/w. I look like I have chipmunk cheeks where my jowls are. I have had radiesse fillers to try to fill in the hollows of my cheeks that were not sunken in b4 my surgery. I think I'm wasting my money on fillers. My face is out of balance, heavy at the bottom and not full enough through the middle. I wish I knew someone to recommend a good Dr. but if they only use general anesthesia they probably won't do me. I have bad scarring behind my ears and a lumpy scar under my chin, my neck is still loose and my earlobes are pointing down. I recently moved to the Sarasota area but when I do a search for a surgeon I can't find one that is recommended. Do you think I should keep trying to fix the problem with fillers? They seem to make my jowls look even more pronounced. What are my choices?
You need to find a good experienced Plastic or Facial Plastic Surgeon who does lots of Revision Facelifts as well as Midfacelift and potentially even submalar implants or fat injections and scar revisions. Sounds like several previous errors need to be corrected.
