Sun block/sunscreen

Postby allgirls » Tue Jun 30, 2009 11:20 pm

Zinc doesn't seem to do it since I have had my TCA peels last winter.
Any tips on what I can buy for a 3 week beach holiday??? I don't want to undo all the work on my skin :(

Get one of the European formulations of La Roche Posay or Bioderma with PPD 28-31 and reapply a bunch every 2 hours. A full day at the beach will use an entire 4 oz for your whole body (about 1/9 of that for the face and neck alone). You are right, zinc oxide will not cut it. Also wear a hat and wrap sunglasses. Use your rx retinoid at night to undo some of the damage that still made it through the sunscreen.
