I recently noticed that I have sun damage on my neck. It''s especially
noticable when I wake up in the morning....sorta looks wrinklely.
Im only 38 and use sunscreen. Must have been when i was younger.
I also am noticing a couple spots under my eyes as well.
Any advice would be appreciated. thank you
Sun damage is so common on our necks because a lot of times we put sunscreen on our face but forget that our neck is exposed too! There is this great line called Nia24 and they specialize specifically in sun damage prevention and repair. They have a product made for sun damage repair on the neck and decolletage- you can find it at the link below:
So true.. We take so much care of our face that often end up ignoring the neck area totally!
I tend to sweat a lot and all the sunscreen cream and lotion that I apply on my neck gets off after some time. I am now using iS Clinical SPF 20 Powder Sunscreen. It is a transluscent powder and you can just dab it on to your neck as often as you can. Its sheer ease of use has made it a favorite in my beauty kit!
or instant relief, use Aloe Vera wash. That also contains SPF which really cools down the damage. It is meant to be used after being out in the sun and sun damage. It should also fade away the color. If you do not see results, I don't suggest using any kind of cream because a chemical in there could irritate your already damaged skin further. Go see a dermatologist. But for now, aloe vera. It does wonders.

I think you should go for natural home remedies. Use of milk and honey will do well or even lemons will work. While going out in sun proper sun protection is also must. Applying sunscreen is must along with that for those patches you can use sunglasses that have big and wide frames. You can get such sunglasses at many online and real stores.
I think you need to change your sunscreen, Consult a dermatologist for choosing the best sunscreen according to your skin type. And for sun damage on your neck you can use a good cream or go for chemical peels.
