Mens compression garment sizing for thigh lift

Mens compression garment sizing for thigh lift

Postby Upya » Mon Jan 30, 2017 7:28 am

Hi there,

I'm have my thigh lift booked for March and have really struggled to find an appropriate compression garment for this procedure for men.

Most available seem to be mid thigh length which is obviously no good, but I have just come across the "ContourMD Male Mid-Calf Compression Brief w/ 4-inch Waistband (Open Crotch & Front Zipper) - 12-MBMCP" which looks like it may be suitable.

The trouble is I am ordering it from the UK, so need to ensure I get the right size and returning will be a pain.

I've checked the size charts and I seem to be in between sizes (pre-op I am waist=35", hips=37", thighs=22"), obviously my thighs will reduce in size post op once the swelling has reduced.

Can anyone tell me what the cut/sizing of the Contour compression garments are like, I'm leaning towards the smaller size, but don't want to waste my money and do want to be able to breathe, likewise though, I don't want to buy a garment that is too loose from the off and offers me little compression benefits.

Thanks for any help you can give me.
