I added a few more pics @ wk 7 and 3 days. I was going to wait for the 2 month mark but got my Scarprin treatment and want to keep a weekly log on how it's working (at least I'm hoping it will) My scar is very red and angry looking, some area's are really thin and some are a bit stretched, particularly on the sides. It looks jaggedy, but the scar itself is not, the other areas are red from where the scabs formed, hoping that the redness goes away, I don't mind having the scar, it is very flat. If I close my eyes and run my hand across my belly, I don't feel the scar, so I am happy that I don't have any thickness to it, but it is not pretty to look at. I still feel like "freekenstein" LOL Hoping for fading fast. I will deal with it though, at least I can cover it if nothing else works. My goal is to get to the 1-2 yr mark so that I can get a cute tatt. I already started working the the art design for it and it is going to be bad ass!!! Can't wait
My swelling came on strong last night! holy crap! I thought that there might be something wrong, it got bad enough that I threw on my CG!! gggrrrrr I hate that thing, but it help maintain some control of the swelling! Not to bad, just bad enough to feel bloated and I haven't had that feeling yet and hope it doesn't continue, I didn't like it
Your results are really terrific. I'm sure the scar will fade into a decent thin line. And great that your scar is flat! Mines a little ropey but silicone strips are supposed to help them. I start that treatement probably on Wednesday. When I'm binder free.
Thanks ladies, I really hope this treatment works. I also hope that my sides go down some more, looks like dog ears are developing on the sides but I'm not sure, I wonder if it's just extra swelling from the side lipo or if there's pockets of fat that just remained after the lipo. I wonder if it's something that exercise will help reduce or remove completely or if its something that will need revisions. I hope not, I don't want to go under the knife again, not for this anymore, now the Breast Reduction/Lift, well, that's something else
I know from experience, that sometimes its hard to see the little results b/c you see yourself everyday. But, in looking at your pics, there is a big difference in the last two weeks near the upper ab area. It looks like a lot of your swelling is gone in that area.
You look great! I am almost 4 weeks and it makes me look forward to week 7. I'm hopefully going to post some pics tonight.
Wow, you look awesome! The side by sides really show a difference. I am about 3 weeks out and it helps to see them...I am looking much like a "barrel" right now and seeing how you slimmed out helps! Thank you
