What percentage of women do you think are 'outies'?

What percentage of women do you think are 'outies'?

Postby gisella » Tue Aug 18, 2009 8:19 am

I'm just curious what percentage of the general population of women have protruding labia... I know it's normal. I just wonder if it's 10% of all women or more or less.

Mine have continued to 'grow' (stretch out?) and now they are much worse to deal with comfort wise (and looks wise) than they were my twenties.

Thanks,
Gisella

I heard it was like 20% suffer from the problem but very few address the concern to a friend or doctor
some could even careless about it.
*not me* I am the proud new owner of a brand new innie :D

I would hazard a guess that post pregnancy it would be more like 80-90%...before preganancy I was a innie, now still slightly an outie, despite my LP :(

That is a good question!
I swear before I had my labiaplasty, I look at so many labia online trying to figure this one out.
I prayed for years that it was normal just so I wouldn't feel so badly about how I looked. Unfortunately, the more I looked, the worse I felt.
Even going on sexylabia.com did not make me feel any better.
Anyway, I am curious to see what everyone else thinks about this.

Thanks for weighing in MADACZ, Rebecca and Fiora!

I have an acquaintance (friend of hubby's) who is an OB/GYN. I'll need to think of a non-embarassing or revealing way to ask the question to her the next time I see her. Maybe I'll get her tipsy first.

I want answers! LOL

I started out a mini-outie and then became a card carrying member of the 'package' club over time... no pregnancies, nothing. For me, they make me feel old and 'used'. It was actually a relief to see so many youngins' on the board.

I wonder if mine will grow more again after my LP if I decide to have kids...?

I, like Fiora, tried to find as many pictures as I could to make myself feel normal but even that and discussion like the one with my ex didn't really help change the way I felt.

I did ask my man-tramp of an ex-boyfriend once in this effort and he said that there was nothing unusual about the outie -- he had seen many and thought also that nature did not generally create perfectly even labia. He called the surgery my "needless plastic surgery" as well (obviously, I disagreed!). I also spoke with a previous gyno about it and she said she had "many" patients who were interested in the surgery. I didn't follow up out of embarrassment!

Hi HeavenOnEarth,

3.5"! Really? Just hanging there without stretching them? That seems like it would be very uncomfortable. At least you have a sense of humor about it! I felt like I had a 'package' too. Good luck on your journey to decide what to do.

I asked Dr. Hamori how many women have hanging labia and she said 80%, but I think we need a gyno to tell us. My hubby's friend who is a gyno is in the South of France right now (must be tough to be a gyno) or I would've seen her next Tuesday. Rats.

I have to have a sense of humor about it! lol

I can tie them in a knot, how many women can claim that. I've never seen my boyfriend laugh so hard.

Nobody should let something like that ruin their life. It's not like I had any choice in the matter. I dislike them because of comfort and hygiene issues, otherwise I wouldn't care too much.

And yes, they really are that big. If I undress, they tend to be thicker and puffier. If I tug them a little, they get thinner. I added some more pictures.

I haven't really thought about it, but maybe I have the biggest ones here.

Maybe you can see why I have problems urinating sometimes (see my other topic).

Yes, yes I can see how your situation could cause logistical issues. My decision to move forward was also based on comfort and hygene issues.

I've just had my surgery today and will be on the healing journal over the next few months. Let me know if you have any questions and I'd be happy to return the favor of several gals here who helped me. :D

Hi heavenonearth

Postby sunshine27 » Fri Aug 21, 2009 8:41 am

Mine look like the same as yours - about 3.5-4 inches! I had the op a few weeks ago and they are still outie but I think it is better and I am hopeful I can keep cleaner, and have less infections.

My only concern now is what will happen after if I decide to have another baby!

Don't worry ladies, I don't think any of you have as much as I do (picture below).

http://www.makemeheal.com/pictures/view ... umid=10031

My labia extends about 3.5" from my body. It's longer than the soft penis of some of my ex's.

Shame the middle pussy lips picture is mine!!!!!
HeavenonEarth, why lie?? I am a professional model from the UK, known worldwide on Large Labia Forums & that picture was shot by a guy called Paul & posted on our blog. If anyone wants proof take a look at http://honeyslusciouslabia.wordpress.com & specifically midway down this page http://honeyslusciouslabia.wordpress.co ... ic-images/ you will see the shot (the whole page is from the set i did with Paul outdoors).

To pretend those lips are yours when they are not is the lowest of the low, let alone use a picture of someone who is against labiaplasty!!
As you have been told you are in Violation of Copyright Laws so be a dear & remove the picture before embarrassing yourself further.

I was wondering why they looked like different people . . . particularly the fingernail change. You would think people would have better things to do than fake post here . . .
